Описание: This is real professional training from some ballet teachers. NB: this is not child abuse! The training is done in a very safe manner. The students are working hard! I do not stretch my students this far, but some teachers in China do this everyday. The moves can be dangerous. Please do not imitate! The results of such stretches are controversial. I don't think stretching like this can improve the students' flexibility fast, but some parents of the students do report that their children gained good flexibility after a few sessions like this.
