Fall asleep easy after this gentle pre-bedtime yoga stretch.
Today's stretches target all the areas that may have become stiff after a long day of work, aka your back, hips and shoulders. Free them up before going to bed, so you can sleep easy and pain-free.
What to expect from this sequence:
gentle full body stretches
relaxing atmosphere
calm and clear your mind before bed
improve flexibility
Optional props: 2 blocks or 2 cushions.
Take it easy with today's flow. Your body may have tightened up during the day, especially if you have been sitting a long time. Slowly ease into the positions, and go deeper only when your body allows you to.
