Описание: This is the first instalment of my 'Final Chapters' series which details my transition away from high intensity training after this years Adult British Championships.

There is so much that I could say about this video and this process, but I think that the words and images in the video pretty much speak for themselves.

It's a long old video but I hope that you choose to watch it all the way through - and I hope that it makes you laugh or cry; I have certainly done both in the editing process. If not, I hope that it at least makes you feel something, and that it conveys at least a fraction of what I have been going through over the past few months, and how I am feeling right now, looking back on the past, and looking ahead to the future.
