I couldn't bring myself to cut it down anymore, I really think every word is important here, so sorry but also not sorry lol. This full moon ritual is all about forgiveness and release. I think one of the easiest ways to raise your vibration, live your authentic life, and manifest your destiny is to release the things that are weighing you down. This moon ceremony is a little long and it will be energetically taxing but I assure you it is massively transformative. Full moons are always a great time to release things that are no longer serving you, and according to the astrologers that I follow and swear by it looks like the January full moon in Leo is an ideal time to do so. That being said you can conduct this ceremony/ritual/self-therapy/whatever during any full moon - that's when emotions are at their height making it ideal to feel them and purge them out.
