Описание: So, CapitalPad has turned into one of the top search fund investors, and investors in the acquisition entrepreneurship space in general. I think a lot of this has been brought on from the new interest in the search fund asset class brought on by Stanford's annual search fund study, as well as the acquisition entrepreneur space in general, as it's really expanded.

And I think CapitalPad in particular has done really well because it's a two-sided platform. So on one side, CapitalPad is investing between $1-million to about $2.5-million in each searcher deal. It can go as low as $300,000, but it prefers the larger allocations. But on, on the flip side of the platform, CapitalPad allows individual accredited investors to actually invest in these search fund deals and search fund transactions.

Where before that would be pretty difficult for the average individual to get enough quality deal flow to be able to do that. Through CapitalPad, they're able to access the deal flow and, you know, more easily invest, in each deal where all the individual investors are aggregated together into one check.

So yeah, with all those things said, it's definitely been, it's really good in general. Looking forward to the next several years.
