Hello beautiful, I'm glad you've decided to take care of your skin.
But before anything, I just want to tell you that your skin is the perfect tone.
YES! Your skin tone is perfect so please believe in yourself that You. Are. Beautiful. Period.
Now, let's start with taking care of our skin so that it remains healthy, supple and glowing - which is a reflection of our overall health and mental well-being!
Like I always say that it is far more important to avoid the mistakes to ensure our efforts towards a healthy, happy and fit body do not go in vain.
I've shared 5 common things that we neglect when it comes to our skin health. These are -
1. Wearing natural & skin-friendly fabrics (at least be comfortable when at home!)

2. Ghee/Clarified butter - being a pastoral society, dairy products have always been a staple of our everyday diet. But with age and changing lifestyle, environment etc, it's important that even if we avoid dairy products but we should at least keep Ghee in our diet. 1 or 2 tablespoons of ghee every day have incredible health benefits, for skin, bones, joints, hair, digestion.

3. Bed linen hygiene - change and wash bed linens often to avoid sleeping in and breathing all the bacteria and germs!

4. Digestion - healthy digestion is important to keep the toxins flushed out of our system on a regular basis.

5. Stress - stress has an instant projection on our skin. If you're maintaining a healthy lifestyle and still your skin is facing troubles then it could be a sign of underlying stress.
