for this one I'll put some words
though images can talk
with one
another
i'm adding myself to the mix
I try to find patterns
or maybe I'm just drawn to the same things
to me there are wires
but I don't know what
goes through them
these videos can't fade
by sunlight
it's 4K there's no dust it's mint
what do people do with their collections
like figurines in mint condition
still in their wrappers
you still have to dust them
I find dust in these images
I guess the more I film the more
I accept the dust
because the more I film the more dust I gather
I lost everything I filmed between 2008 and 2017
The experts told me my hard drive had not been spninning enough
the wheels were dusty
and I lost all of my videos
so maybe I'm making up for these, each
year
maybe this is taxidermy
maybe thse don't need text
maybe I'm just a hoarder
couldn't sell this stamp collection on eBay though
these images are unravelling now
none of this is tangible
they're fleeting
like the
insides of wires.
