On this special day, we celebrate the achievements of our Transition Plus students as they complete their program and move on to the next phase of their lives. The Transition Plus program is designed to help students with special needs who are 18-21 years old to develop the skills and independence they need to successfully transition to adulthood.

The ceremony will feature speeches from distinguished guests, as well as speeches from the graduates themselves, sharing their experiences and accomplishments. Each graduate will be recognized individually as they cross the stage to receive their certificate of completion.

This ceremony is a time to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our Transition Plus students, and to wish them well as they embark on the next chapter of their lives.

We invite family, friends, and community members to join us in celebrating the Transition Plus graduates and to support them as they continue to work towards their goals.
