Jerry Portnoy performs the song "Charge it" from The 2025 Winter Blues Festival on The Extended Play Sessions. The Winter Blues Festival has become a Tradition at The Fallout Shelter, this being our 5th Annual event and this year will go down in the history books as one of the greatest assemblies of blues harp masters to ever appear on one stage. The Wicked Lo-Down will once again be the house band as we welcome four of the greatest living blues harp players! With Jerry Portnoy, Jason Ricci, Sugar Ray Norcia and Rick Estrin.

The Fallout Shelter is an all ages 100-seat performance venue and state-of-the-art broadcast and recording studio, offering one of the most unique live music experiences in New England. Located in Norwood, MA, just 15 miles from Boston, The Fallout Shelter is run under the auspices of the Grass Roots Cultural and Performing Arts Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving, promoting and advocating for traditional American Roots music.
