This guided meditation is an invitation to slow down and listen deeply to the body.


Through gentle awareness, breath, and sacred sound, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence — the part of you that remembers safety, balance, and wholeness.


Rather than forcing release or “fixing” anything, this meditation supports the body in softening naturally when it feels listened to. Awareness is brought through the body and energy centres as an interconnected system, allowing space for integration, grounding, and heart-centred presence.


This meditation is especially supportive if you:
