Step-Hear is an assistive technology, combining an app with unique audio-signs, that provide audio-guidance for orientation, navigation and assistance for people who are visually impaired and for people with physical disabilities inside buildings and outdoors.
The Step-Hear free app enables users to find their way in public surroundings, by communicating with pre placed Audio-signs*:
Bluetooth transmitters combined with a loud speaker (optional) - that provide voice communication, guidance, and information.
• Bluetooth enables accuracy of guiding inside buildings (unlike GPS).
The Unique Step-Hear Audio-Sign is essential for visually impaired – it enables even more accuracy! Since it indicates exactly where to stand within the Bluetooth scope - in order to get the most accurate navigation instructions.
