A train pulls into Euston railway station, bring Prime Minister Winston Churchill home after his trip to the United States of America for talks with President Roosevelt. A crowd of people are gathered to welcome him. Churchill is accompanied by Averell Harriman, his wife Clementine Churchill and daughter Mary Churchill.



Clement Attlee, Russian Ambassador Ivan Maisky, Anthony Eden are among the welcoming committee. The crowd cheers and waves as Churchill climbs into his car and is driven off.
