Chances are, you are a complainer. The truth is most of us are. Whether we complain out loud or keep them to ourselves, we are still complainers.
Sure, some individuals are particularly well evolved, who aren't complainers, but most of us are. Ouch, right? Some say that's just human nature as most of the time, we unconsciously complain about the things or situations we absolutely have no control over. We tend to focus on things that are not right rather than attending to all of the rightness around us. So today, I challenge you to do something different. Today, you're going to "control the controllable." Let's focus on only the things we have control over, like our words, reactions, and most importantly, our actions. Set an example today for those people that are around you. Because at the end of the day, things will never always work out as we plan, and we will always have a reason to be dissatisfied. But NOT today.

Don't live a life complaining, don't make that your reality and who you are.
