On our summer break we drove from Kunshan (Shanghai area) to my wife’s hometown in Xiangtao (near Wuhan) to visit family and recharge a bit.
After a few days of quiet family time, one simple thought popped up: why not hit the road for a real adventure?
Our planned final point on the map was Sanya on Hainan Island — nearly 1,450 km from Xiangtao by car toward the South China Sea.
So we committed to a big road trip: from Xiangtao (Wuhan) to Zhangjiajie — and of course we wanted to test our new ride — the Xiaomi SU7 Max 🚗💨.
This is just the beginning of an unforgettable journey, with hundreds of kilometers, changing landscapes, and new experiences ahead.
