I’m David Lopez from the House of Bumble Collective, and today we’re walking through the Round Brush Blow Dry — one of our most timeless and transformative techniques for creating crown volume, polished mid-lengths, and movement at the ends.

In this session, I’ll take you behind the chair with a POV camera so you can see the blow dry exactly from my perspective — section by section, zone by zone. This look is wearable, timeless, and editorial: always done, never overdone.

We’ll start with product as intention — not just protection. Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil Primer for moisture and heat defense (focused through the ends), Thickening Spray to build lightweight lift at the roots and mid-lengths, and a touch of Grooming Cream for controlled polish where the hair needs support. From there, we divide the head into five working sections and build the finish with light tension, consistent airflow direction, and the signature round-brush rhythm that creates shine before you even reach the crown.

This isn’t just a blow dry — it’s a build: heat, air, direction. Every motion has purpose.

In this video, we’ll cover:
Product placement for protection + shape (Primer, Thickening Spray, Grooming Cream)
Five-section mapping for control (center mohawk, sides, crown triangle, back)
Starting where density lives (nape first) and building upward
Round brush fundamentals: brush under section, nozzle following the brush to seal the cuticle
The “three-zone” approach: roots → mid-lengths → ends
Crown technique for lift that looks natural (elevation + direction, not tease or fluff)
Side volume strategy: body positioning + over-direction for maximum lift
Managing face-framing “micro sections” so every piece is intentionally smoothed
Mohawk over-direction forward for shape and bounce
Optional setting with Velcro rollers/clips
Finishing: wide-tooth comb to marry sections + Invisible Oil for shine and separation at the ends
