Minnekhada Regional Park is located in the Vancouver suburb of Coquitlam and is about an hour drive from downtown. Beautiful forest hike, with a good elevation gain for a bit of a workout.
High Knoll Trail- distance 4.7 km roundtrip, the terrain has some steep sections and a 180m elevation gain. Best View of the marsh and surrounding area including Pitt River, Mt. Baker and the Golden Ears Mountains.
