In case if you want to disable the screen recording option in your iPhone then what you do is:
1. Go ahead and open "Settings".
2. Go to "General"- "Restrictions".
3. Select "Enable restrictions".
4. Set a passcode.
5. Now re-enter to confirm.
6. After that scroll down and under "Game center", disable this option "Screen recording".
7. Now you won't be able to use the screen recording option in your iPhone.
