Witness the awe-inspiring sight of nature itself performing a 'Jalabhishek' (holy anointing) of the Lord. Inside the cave, water from the mountain continuously drips onto the natural 'Pitambari Shivling' for twelve months a year. It's a truly divine experience that leaves devotees mesmerized.
Delve into the fascinating lore of Shivgadi Dham. Learn about the ancient tale of the demon king Gajasur and his penance to Lord Shiva, and how the temple got its name.
Discover a rock with two distinct footprints believed to belong to Nandi, Lord Shiva's divine vehicle. This sacred spot, known as Shivganga, holds water year-round, even in the scorching heat.
Outside the cave, find a rare Akshay Vat (Banyan) tree, also known as the "Kalpataru," believed to fulfill the wishes of devotees who tie a stone to its roots.

By Train: The nearest major railway station is Tinpahar Junction (TPH) and Barharwa Junction (BHW). From there, you can take a bus or hire a taxi to Shivgadi Dham.
