In a statement, it was said that a provision related to Higher Pension has been restored, under which some employees were allowed to contribute to their pension based on their actual basic salary and Dearness Allowance (DA). With the restoration of this facility, employees can now again opt for higher pension contributions based on their actual salary. कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन यानी EPFO ने बड़ी खुशखबरी दी है. एक स्पष्टीकरण जारी करते हुए कहा गया है कि हायर पेंशन से जुड़े एक प्रावधान को बहाल कर दिया गया है, जिसके तहत कुछ कर्मचारियों को उनके वास्तविक मूल वेतन और महंगाई भत्ता (DA) के आधार पर पेंशन में योगदान करने की अनुमति थी. इसके सुविधा के बहाल होने से अब कर्मचारी Actual Salary के आधार पर ज्यादा पेंशन योगदान का विकल्प फिर से चुन सकेंगे. आइए समझते हैं ये कैसे काम करेगा और इसका फायदा आखिर किन कर्मचारियों को होगा.
