Propel A Cure for Crohn’s Disease is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization led by patients and family members. We raise funds for transformative research into the underlying causes of Crohn's disease, resulting in better treatments and laying the groundwork for cures.
Crohn’s disease is an inflammatory bowel disease that can affect any area of the digestive tract and can cause life-altering and even life-threatening complications. Current treatments for Crohn’s disease are trial and error and fail to help a significant number of patients; treatments may also lose effectiveness over time.
