Hi friends, in this video I'm going to take you through how I used to study in undergraduate biomedicine in university where I used techniques such as Anki and rote-learning and memorisation, and how I transitioned the academic part of my life to be a lot less stressful using the Pareto Principle or the 80 20 rule and now study with summaries, videos and questions, and still end up with really good marks which shows that the techniques are just as effective.
