SYNOPSIS: A grandfather reads his sick grandson a fairy tale about a farm boy named Westley who becomes the Dread Pirate Roberts to reunite with his true love Buttercup after she is kidnapped and forced to marry the villainous Prince Humperdinck. The story follows Westley's quest to rescue Buttercup with the help of a Spanish swordsman seeking revenge and a gentle giant, delivering adventure through sword fights, escapes, and obstacles culminating in the triumph of true love.
