Government Launches Mobile Traditional Medicine Museum
The State Minister for Tourism, Hon. Martin Mugarra Bahinduka, has launched a mobile museum initiative dubbed Traditional Medicine in Transition aimed at promoting indigenous herbal knowledge as both cultural heritage and a tourism product. The travelling exhibition will tour different parts of the country, including schools, to educate the public on the history, uses, and conservation of medicinal and aromatic plants.
