International and local gas companies showcased their technologies on Wednesday at the Gastech expo in Dubai.

More than 250 exhibitors are taking part in the Gastech conference and exhibition in Dubai.
The exhibition comes as world leaders prepare for a crucial U.N. climate summit in Glasgow in November.
Companies from the U.S., India, China, Korea, Europe and the Middle East are participating in the world's largest gas expo and the industry's first in-person conference since the pandemic began.
The exhibitors said they are focusing on providing a platform for the liquefied natural gas, hydrogen and energy industry to tackle environmental challenges.
The three-day Gastech expo aims to shape strategies and support a sustainable industry of energy industry.
Speakers at the conference on Tuesday expressed skepticism about the frenzied push to eliminate carbon emissions when fossil fuels remain key to supplying the world's electricity.
