Leak Finder mission
Received a call for a roof leak, when we inspected the roof, we found that the Shingles, had actually been painted years earlier
Do you think that’s a good idea?
Well, that definitely voids any manufacture warranty on the shingles, potentially the shingles were already at that point when they were painted
The leak that we went on to find did not have anything to do with the shingles being painted
We are going to keep an eye on this project for the rest of the year and see how painted Shingles, hold up to the so frequent wind and hail storms in the southern Maryland area .
