The recipe (vegan friendly, gluten free!):
You'll need a blender (mine was a birthday pressie, from Tesco! The Breville Blend Active blender which can also be bought online)
I used a cup by Jamie Oliver from TK MAXX! Subscribe to Jamie's YouTube channel 'Food Tube' HERE:    / jamieoliver  
1 chopped banana (frozen OR unfrozen, depends on what way you like it)
1 tsp peanut butter - organic, no added sugar
1 tsp maca powder, which is a malty superfood!
1 tsp cinnamon (very good for you & super tasty)
1 scoop non-dairy (IF your'e also intolerant!) chocolate flavour protein powder, I mix it up between soy and brown rice protein!
1 cup non-dairy milk - I used almond milk!
