Описание: Welcome back to Rad Onc Smart Review, Head and Neck edition. This is Episode 18B: The Post-Operative Oropharynx Planning Workshop. Episode Eighteen was the clinic decision: who gets observation, who gets P-O-R-T, and who needs post-op chemoradiation after transoral surgery for H-P-V-positive oropharyngeal cancer. Episode Eighteen-B is the execution: you already decided “radiation alone” or “chemoradiation.” Now you have to contour the surgical bed, choose the right neck volumes, pick a defensible dose tier, and protect swallowing in a patient who has an excellent prognosis. Today is about post-op oropharynx specifically: tonsil, base of tongue, and the risk-adapted post-Tors framework built around ECOG ACRIN E-3-3-1-1.
