Young Voices choirs have performed with some of the best artists and musicians in the world from a wide variety of musical styles. When working with a live musician the children in the YV choir will experience what it is really like to prepare for a live performance by taking part in a professional sound check.
Tom Billington is one of the countries leading front-men. He's toured the world and played alongside some of the biggest bands on the planet such as The Killers, Razorlight, Status Quo, Gary Barlow, and many more. He spent 10 years touring and recording with his band Mohair and more recently has released two solo albums and formed the funk/soul/Rock n' Roll bank Tommy T and The Belletones.
When he's not throwing himself around huge stages he is just as comfortable behind a banjo as one half of up and coming Country act - Billington and Quinn - with Sinead Quinn. Tom also works in schools and has set up the (soon to be registered) charity The Electric Umbrella which provides adults with learning difficulties huge, professional music experience.
