Friends today I am sharing Ramnavmi Special Thali Recipe.
In this Thali, I prepared
(1) FRIED POTATO SABJI, બટેટા ની ચિપ્સ નું શાક
(2) LAUKI KHEER, દુધી ની ખીર
(3) PATTIES, પેટીસ
(4) RAJGIRA PARATHA, રાજગરાના પરાઠા
This thali is worth trying on this Ramnavmi Festival as all items are so delicious here. I hope you would love this recipe to try at home.

INGREDIENTS:
FRIED POTATO SABJI
A Potato, आलू
6 tbsp Oil, तेल for frying potato chips
Remove 3 tbsp Oil after frying
½ tsp Cumin, जीरा
1 tsp White Sesame, सफ़ेद तिल
Peanuts, मूंगफली
Green Chilies, हरी मिर्च
½ tsp Ginger Paste, अदरक पेस्ट
1 tsp Sugar, चीनी
½ tsp Sendha Salt, नमक
½ tsp Black Pepper, काली मिर्च
Half Lemon, निम्बू
Chopped Coriander, हरा धनिया
DUDHI NI KHEER
125 grams Bottle Gourd, लौकी
1 tsp Cow Ghee, गाय का घी
Chopped Dry Fruits, ड्राय फ्रूट्स
½ litre Milk with Fat, मलाई वाला दूध
2 tsp Sugar, चीनी
SHALLOW FRIED PATTIES
2 to 3 boiled Potatoes, आलू
1 tsp paste of Ginger, Green Chilies
अदरक और हरी मिर्च की एक चम्मच पेस्ट
Chopped Coriander, हरा धनिया
½ tsp Sendha Salt, सेंधा नमक
Half Lemon, निम्बू
3 tbsp Oil, तेल
RAJGIRA PARATHA
1 cup Rajgira Flour, राजगिरा का आटा
½ tsp White Sesame, सफ़ेद तिल
½ tsp Chopped Ginger & Green Chilies
अदरक और हरी मिर्च आधा चम्मच
½ tsp Black Pepper, काली मिर्च
½ tsp Sendha Salt, सेंधा नमक'
A boiled Potato, उबला आलू
Oil, तेल
White Sesame, सफ़ेद तिल
