Welcome to Day 5 of our 30 Day Pilates Reformer Board Challenge—aka “arms day with a side of real mom life!” This session is all about sculpting and strengthening those arms, shoulders, and upper body with the signature slow and controlled Pilates style…plus the extra challenge of keeping your focus as the kids decide to join the fun! If you’re a mom juggling fitness and family, you’ll feel right at home—because today, our special “guests” (the kiddos) make a surprise appearance, popping in, climbing on, and reminding us that working out at home with kids is never boring.
Embrace the inevitable interruptions, giggles, and togetherness—because a perfect workout sometimes means laughing through the chaos!
