Описание: As a goofyfoot, Telescopes is my favorite wave in the Mentawais. Everybody lists Macaronis as the best left in the Mentawais, but for me, Telescopes has more variety—and most people have never surfed it on a big west swell like this, when it becomes a completely different animal.

The Jersey Boys got to sample Telescopes firing on all cylinders in this vid, and from there they went on to firing Greenbush. Greenbush is such an amazing wave where you can do everything right and still get CRUSHED in the end. From there, the guys moved on to mellower, yet still firing, conditions at places like Roxys and Macaronis. It’s great when you can start off heavy, and then everything else seems easy after that. 😉
