Reef MONSTERS! Multi-Species Fishing + Catch & Cook (Lemon Butter Goodness)

Описание: Here it is. Probably the best day of the season. Many redfish, many black drum. Jig bite, and light tackle tog bite. Round it out with a delicious meal at the table and it is the true Carolina experience.

We started jigging for reds and landed two big girls and switched to blue crabs and BSJ landing a mess of fish. Kept on small black drum for dinner and we steamed some shrimp and polished it off in a lemon butter sauce.

Black drum fillet prep -
Salt + Pepper + Garlic Powder
Flour
Fry

Lemon Butter sauce for shrimp & drum
1/4 cup lemon juice. Heat and reduce, add dabs of butter, salt, pepper, and shallots. Thicken with a TSP of corn starch. Add parsley. Dress over fish and shrimp for desired taste.
