The AI Janitor: Working with Technical Debt using GitHub Copilot Custom Agents

In this video I'll show you can reinventing your engineering process to optimize dealing with technical debt. I show you how I created a GitHub Copilot Custom Agent Mode that helps me assess the technical debt on a part of my application, the switch to agent mode with GitHub MCP to create issues for each tech debt remediation issue I chose to work on. Once the issues are created I just assign them to Coding Agent for resolution.
