In the Istanbul of "Adanali", crime has taken its toll; common crimes such as snatching, robbery, smuggling and fraud have become a part of daily life. In order to save Istanbul, which is gradually turning into a "crime city", there is no other choice but to call "Adanali", namely Yavuz (Oktay Kaynarca), one of the chief inspectors of the Organized Crime Bureau, back to Istanbul.

Maraz Ali (Mehmet Akif Alakurt) is the leader of Istanbul's largest criminal gang. Although he looks like the owner of a car wash facility, in reality, he carries out eighty percent of all theft, snatching and robbery incidents in the city with his specially trained gang members. In fact, “lawman” Adanalı and “criminal” Maraz Ali are blood brothers who grew up in the same neighborhood, and their common interest in İdil will cause their relationship to move to different directions.
