Fixing Belts, Waste, and Bottlenecks (Advanced Factory Tips) | Alchemy Factory

We pick up right where we left off and start using advanced fertilizer to upgrade and improve existing builds. Because advanced fertilizer lets us do more with less, we’re able to clean things up, simplify layouts, and create space for future expansions, such as walls and multi-floor builds.

After that, we slow things down and focus on some really important factory fundamentals. We talk through splitters, mergers, and trash cans, why they matter, and how they’re essential for building reliable belt systems that never back up. We also dig into processes that produce two outputs, how to properly handle waste, and when it makes sense to reuse materials instead of throwing them away.

To wrap things up, we jump over to my main Twitch playthrough, which is more advanced, and use it to show real-world examples of everything we talked about in this video. If you’re starting to feel friction in your builds, this episode should help things click.
