Imran Khan supporters start ‘long march’ to Islamabad

Описание: A march from northwest Pakistan to the capital Islamabad to protest the imprisonment of former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan began on Sunday after talks to head off the demonstration stalled. Discontent over Khan’s incarceration has mounted in recent months. Broader economic factors are also seen as driving some protesters to take part in the march, which is expected to take four days to reach the capital.
