This somatic breathwork for stress exercise walks you through a series of three different breathing techniques to bring awareness internally, release stress or other heavy emotions and thoughts, and find a sense of calm in your nervous system. This breathwork practice is best done at the end of your day or whenever you feel like you need it.
This is a great beginner yoga and breathwork practice and incorporates concepts of Trauma Informed Yoga and Somatic Yoga as a way to start or deepen your mental health journey in order to feel more calm, regulated, and at ease daily. Yoga for mental health is a wonderful resource to add to your toolbox for self-improvement.
