China 5ply KN95 | FFP2 Mask Review | Quality testing

Описание: Bought a few made in China masks for testing before making a big purchase for personal use. I have used 3ply made in China mask back in MCO1.0 (2020) due to the shortage of masks in Malaysia. Worst comes to worst, the mask ear loop keeps broken. I do not put a high force on it but it eventually broke by itself. It gives me no confidence when it comes to made in China mask. I also understand during the critical pendermic, China manufacturing needs to expedite the production of masks not only for their own country but also the rest of the world. As of now, China covid situation is under control and I believe not 100% of the masks produce a bad quality mask. Well, I decided to try out the 5ply mask of KN95 from Chenjiang Dianfeng Industrial because they provide a variety of color masks. I was really into a very light pink mask and I bought it.

Test result as below:
Thickness: So much better than KN95 Reskpack. Can you imagine Reskpack 4 ply mask thickness is greater than Chenjiang 5ply mask ? (My personal opinion)
Fitting: So far it fits my face very well. I don’t feel the pain on my ear when I wear the mask
Water test: PASS. No water leakage to the outer layer.
Fire test: PASS.
No ply: PASS. Is 5 ply

Start from inner layer (mouth area) to outer layer sequence
1st layer: Non-woven fabric
2nd layer: Pure ES hot air cotton (thick)
3rd layer: FFP2 grade meltblown cloth
4th layer: FFP2 grade meltblown cloth
5th layer: Non-woven fabric (water resistance)
