Hello smarties! After the warmup, you can use very light weights or no weights. Today I’m demonstrating with 3-pound dumbbells, but usually I use 8 pounds. I created this routine for my writer friend because she has fitness goals, but she works full-time and is writing a fantasy series, so I wanted to help her reach her goals by workin out together.
