Cab view of JR Chuo Line from Aoyagi Station to Okaya Station. This is a continuation of my previous upload • 中央（東）線前面展望 小淵沢→青柳 ＜JR Cyuo Line cabview Ko... , and I'm on the same train (so the little bugs on the window are the same).
The second station, Chino, is a terminal station where buses depart for many nearby tourist spots.
Kami-Suwa Station and Shimo-Suwa Station are entrance stations to hot spring resorts, and there are hotels near the stations. (The Japanese characters kami and shimo used here mean upper and lower, respectively).
Near Okaya Station, there are many manufacturers of watches, computer parts, and other products. The low humidity in this area is probably good for manufacturing equipment.
From this station, the Iida Line branches off to the south. However, at Okaya Station, the Iida Line platform is located away from the Chuo Line platform.
