More & more businesses that are following through with the Mask Mandates as prescribed by the Ministry of Health are now denying individuals entry to their establishment after individual(s) have cited they have an exemption which based on the very by-law itself that does NOT require them to provide proof of their exemption. Certain businesses & establishments have taken it upon themselves to honour one aspect of the Mask by-law at the expense of "discriminating" against those who declare they have an exemption.
Businesses & establishment don't have the right to pick & choose what part of the by-law they will enforce & what part they will discard; but apparently this is the case.
