Tender Coconut Ice Cream
Ingredients
⁃ 1 Cup coconut flesh
⁃ 1/4 cup and 2 tbsp coconut water
⁃ 1/4 Cup coconut milk
⁃ 1/2 Cup whipping cream
⁃ 6 - 7 tbsp condensed milk
⁃ 2 - 3 tbspChopped coconut flesh
Method
⁃ In a grinder jar take coconut flesh, coconut water and grind smooth
⁃ Whip whipping cream until the soft peaks are formed
⁃ Add grinned coconut paste, coconut milk, condensed milk and mix
⁃ Transfer in a bowl, cover with cling foil, freeze until half set
⁃ Again blend it, transfer into the same bowl, add chopped coconut flesh, mix and let it set in the freezer overnight
