I have progressed quite a lot with gap jumps recently. I have ridden the main line at Twisted Oaks Bikepark and I have also ridden the small gap line at Chicksands and the first 2 gaps on Zut Alhors in BikePark Wales. However it has been 3 years in the making to be able to get to a point where I can confidently drop into a line of gap jumps and in this video I explain to you guys how I got over the fear of riding gap jumps!
