My observations: The V5 Pro has a similar water tank as the X5 so expect the same type of performance. That means no scrubbing action like the iRobot Braava 380t.
It will drag the mop around the room and it will not work on a soiled surface but it does well on a relatively clean surface. You can start off with a damp mop soaked in cleaning solution + water and see how it goes. The water just keeps it damp.
Don't leave the water tank inside the robot as it will continue to drip. Make sure to empty the contents of the water tank and place the dry dirt bin after mopping so you won't damage the robot.
