Today in the Maharashtra Assembly, Hon’ble CM Devendra Fadnavis ji announced key decisions on long-pending issues of residents around Juhu Military Transmitter Station and AAI land at D.N. Nagar.
The State Government has invited AAI’s technical team to examine shifting the transmission towers from AAI land in D.N. Nagar to an alternative site. An incentive FSI policy with grant of TDR and permission to club this FSI with another scheme has also been approved for redevelopment projects within the radius of the Juhu Military Transmitter Station, with the same policy applicable to those affected by the funnel zone. This will help restart stalled redevelopment projects and bring major relief to citizens.
I congratulated and sincerely thanked Hon’ble CM Devendra Fadnavis ji in the Assembly today for these important, citizen-centric decisions.
