Song about the English Civil War by Strawhead. The lyrics are based upon a poem titled Pyms Anarchy, published in 1662 in the book "Rump, or, An exact collection of the choycest poems and songs relating to the late times by the most eminent wits from anno 1639 to anno 1661".

Blackwall - Neighbourhood located in East London
Whitehall - Area of Westminster that housed a palace
Priviledges of Parliament - Legal immunity of parliament members; not enshrined until 1689 but still existed in a de facto sense.
Strafford - Thomas Wentworth, English statesman who sentenced to death by parliament for attempting to increase the King's power; Charles I reluctantly allowed for his execution.
