Contentious Custody Battle For Grandparent's RIGHTS Between Parents Of JAILED Mom & Dad’s New Wife!

Описание: Today, we have PART ONE of an evidentiary hearing for grandparent visitation rights after Dad and the
Stepmom abruptly stop the granddaughter’s regular visitation with her maternal grandparents after
Mom was sent to prison for 6 years.


The grandparents claim they have had a relationship with the child since birth and that they saw the
child regularly, including the first year that Mom was in prison. They claim that it’s the Stepmother,
who’s no stranger to the legal system herself, who was the one who began causing issues between
them and they fear that she’s the one who’s “controlling” Dad’s actions.


They say that Dad has not only made unilateral parenting decisions despite there being joint legal
custody, but he has also effectively cut off Mom from having contact with the child too because Dad
and Stepmom refuse to allow the child to talk to Mom directly so she used to do that during her
parent’s visitation time.
