On my brand new 2025 Maverick the speedometer was slightly off by 2-3mph around 70-80mph right off of the lot. In this video I will show you how to calibrate your speedometer with GPS speed using FORSCAN. You will need the latest release and an extended license along with a compatible USB OBD2 adapter. It's important to understand that on newer Ford vehicles you can only adjust the tire size so much. if you go to far in either direction, it will not work and you will have module malfunctions. The range on the Maverick is approximately 2162mm-2273mm circumference.
