President William Ruto now says there will be no slums in Kenya in the next 15 years and all Kenyans will be living in decent houses. Speaking in Pipeline estate Nairobi, the head of state said his government is rolling out transformative development programmes in Nairobi County to tackle key challenges including poor waste management, informal settlements, water shortage, poor roads, and unreliable electricity.
