INGREDIENTS FOR BREAD POCKET;
BREAD LOAF 1(12 SLICES)
2 EGGS (BEATEN)
INGREDIENTS FOR MINCE FILLING;
MUTTON MINCE (250 GMS)
ONION (1 MEDIUM, CHOPPED)
GARLIC PASTE (1 TBSP)
GINGER PASTE (1 TBSP)
SALT (1 TSP)
RED CHILLI POWDER (1 TBSP)
CORIANDER POWDER (1 TSP)
HOT SAUCE (1 TBSP)
INGREDIENTS FOR SALAD FILLING;
ONION (1 SMALL CHOPPED)
TOMATO (1 SMALL CHOPPED)
LETTUCE (A HANDFUL COARSELY CUT)
CUCUMBER (A HANDFUL CHOPPED)
LEMON JUICE (1 TBSP)
SALT (1 TSP)
ITALIAN SEASONING (1 TBSP OPTIONAL)
PREPARATION OF MINCE FILLING;
1. In a pan, add 2 tbsp oil. Add in onions and saute for 1 minute. Now add ginger and garlic paste. Fry until light golden. Add mince and fry for a few minutes (untill the redness of mince fully disappears). Now add 1 tbsp hot sauce.
2. Cover and cook for about 4-5 minutes (DO NOT ADD WATER. The meat has it's own water.)
PREPARATION OF SALAD FILLING;
1. Mix all the ingredients of salad in a bowl.
PREPARATION OF BREAD POCKET;
1. Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin.
2. Now take a round shaped cutter or any round object (I used a small glass). Cut the bread from centre.
NOTE; Do not discard the leftover pieces of bread. Add them in a chopper and make yourown homemade bread crumbs as shown in the video.
3. Take two bread pieces. Slightly press both pieces with each other from the sides only.
4. Coat it first with egg and then with breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil in a pan. Fry bread pockets on both sides untill they become brown.
ASSEMBLING;
1. Cut the bread pocket from one small side.
2. Separate the two slices from inside of break pocket with the help of a knife (Be careful, Donot separate them completely).
3. Now fill in salad and mince.
Serve With Chilli Sauce❤
